Who Am I?

I am a highly experienced Certified Coach and Leadership Professor.
I work with senior executives, middle managers, and emerging leaders from large and small private organizations, NGOs and public institutions. I am skilled at working with clients who come from a wide range of cultural and technical backgrounds.

I have great experience working at an international level. I have lived, studied, and worked in different countries, and I provide coaching sessions in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

My training approach is unique and highly effective. I employ an effective and strengths-based coaching methodology that is driven by the insights that my clients provide.

I hold a Master’s degree in Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Management, and I am a certified Leadership Coach by the Haute Ecole de Commerce - HEC Paris, and by the Zenger & Folkman organization.
I have held positions as Board Chair of an education NGO as well as General Manager of an institution for cultural exchange. Nowadays, I teach Leadership and Emotional Intelligence in French universities, and I work as a Leadership coach and Educational Consultant.

I have collaborated with companies such as Siemens, Renault, Lloyds Bank, General Motors, Santander Group, PepsiCo, Schneider Electric, BPI France, Fiat, Groupe Casino, among others.
I also organize Learning Expeditions on Leadership to different countries, and am co-Director of the International Educational Leadership & Instruction organization.
I am currently based in Paris, France, and I work across France and Europe, providing both onsite and online coaching sessions.
